Refund policy

Fragrance products are personal use items, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, sprayed, damaged after delivery, or unsealed fragrance products.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, ingredients, and safety information before purchasing and using any PIRA product. Fragrance sensitivity and allergic reactions can vary by person. PIRA is not responsible for reactions caused by allergies, sensitivities, misuse, failure to patch test, or use against the provided safety warnings.
